2. Website access and hosting

When this website is accessed, our hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, especially IP address, date and time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system information.

Server log data is stored only as long as necessary for secure operation and error analysis.

3. Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide in order to answer your request and, where applicable, handle pre-contractual communication.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request is related to an order or contract. In other cases, we rely on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, communication is handled through a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited and the Meta group. Processing of communication and metadata outside the EU cannot be ruled out.

4. Orders via Lieferando

This website uses links and embedded order elements from Lieferando. The embedded Lieferando element remains blocked by default and is loaded only after your explicit activation.

After the widget has been activated, personal data, especially your IP address and usage data, may be transmitted to Lieferando.

If you then place an order through Lieferando, Lieferando processes the order data under its own data protection responsibility. Their privacy information applies in that case.

The integration is used to make ordering easier for our customers. For loading the embedded widget, we rely on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

5. Google Maps

This website contains an embedded map view from Google Maps. The map remains blocked by default and is loaded only after your explicit activation.

After activation, technical usage data, especially your IP address and browser information, is transmitted to Google.

Google Maps is used so that you can quickly find our location and open directions. For loading the map, we rely on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

It cannot be ruled out that data may be transferred to third countries, especially the United States, in connection with the use of Google Maps.

6. Cookies, local storage and consent

We currently do not use our own analytics or advertising cookies.

To avoid asking for the same confirmation on every visit, we store your choice for Google Maps and Lieferando locally in your browser. This storage is used only to remember whether you enabled third-party content.

You can withdraw an activated third-party integration at any time directly at the relevant embedded element.

7. Recipients and storage period

Recipients of personal data may include our hosting provider as well as third-party providers integrated on this website for maps, communication and ordering functions.
